1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Mouamal Jarallah ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Forge.AI service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you confirm you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Forge.AI is an AI-powered website generation tool that produces website code and related assets from your text prompts. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, for reviewing the generated output before using it, for verifying its accuracy, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you input.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you may not:

  • use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive purposes;
  • infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • generate hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, deepfake, or malware-related content;
  • attempt to jailbreak, reverse engineer, probe, scan, or otherwise interfere with the security of the Service;
  • scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service except as expressly permitted;
  • resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or our API access without our written consent.

We may remove content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these rules.

4. Accuracy of AI output

Outputs from the Service are generated by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. They are not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any generated code or content before using it in production or relying on it.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, our software, documentation, branding and underlying technology are owned by Mouamal Jarallah and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan. You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and, subject to these Terms, of the outputs you generate using your credits. If a third party notifies us that content generated or hosted via the Service infringes their rights, we may remove or restrict that content and, for repeated infringement, terminate accounts.

6. Account and credentials

You must provide accurate information when creating your account, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

7. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our acceptable-use rules. On termination we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for fraud or personal injury).

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mouamal Jarallah is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
