We want you to be happy with Forge.AI. If you are not satisfied with your purchase — whether a one-time credit pack or a subscription — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support team through the in-app help channel and we will assist you.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current paid billing period. Refunds for renewal charges are handled on the same 30-day basis above.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
